AMD buys ATi

I have an unhealthy loyalty to AMD and Nvidia. However, with the news of the buyout I have some hope for ati. Lets just say amd gets them, makes a gfx card as well as they do processors, then stick the ati name on them. This would interfere with my loyalty to Nvidia as AMD can make gaming processors better than intel so, staying in that mindset, ati should win my favor. Assuming that is what happens

AMD has said that it'll mean cheaper PCs in 2008. That alone is a pretty cool thing. Still, will be interesting to see how it'll change the industry.

amd that bougth ati is not really good
now they are creating 2 worlds
ati/amd - intel/nvidia

that's not good for us, consumers...

but for now,
we just have to wait,

....time will tell....
