Slow bittorrents

Help my downloads on Bitlord are running very slow! i used to get 200 kps and now i never get higer than 20 is it my router that is the problem i have tried port forwarding but the ports won open i have opend 6881-6889 and nothing happend i have turned off the windows firewall but it wont work!Help plz!

maybe you should check the seeder ammount first. But i got all my ports open on my router since it sux as a firewall

may have also reached your download cap or something,
or could be damaged hardware or cables...

or maybe ALIENS! (edit: stealing the bandwidth :P lol )

utorrent is cute but i stick with BitComet. BTW, we are talking about torrents for leagal purpose like patches and stuff....more the stuff thou

if ur speed is slow in bit lord u can try azureus or u torent i hope ur problem will be solved.

Yeah Azureus is good becuase it gives you advice on whats wrong, i.e. is it a firewall issue, or how well the torrent is connecting to the tracker etc.

First of all, i advise you to use uTorrent.
There could be multiple reasons, Firewall, Seeders, or Upload is sucking your download.
Make sure your upload is a bit limited else the d/l won't go as fast! ;)

oh yeah, make sure you don#t give maximum upload or your download will suffer in eternal hell
