They're all good makes. Check to see if there's any difference in clock speeds or if one card has a bigger/better heatsink fan than the others. If they're all identical in clock speeds etc. you may wish to choose EVGA because of their "90 Day Step-up/upgrade programme from day of purchase" added service and 10 year warranty!

or must-buy...
really? I hope they are all good makes, lol. I read that XFI has a "double-life" warranty... The only difference I can notice is that EVGA has a 768 mb 384 bit 1ns gddr3 memory...and XFX has 768 mb 384 bit gddr3......bfg has 768 mb ddr3 I don't know, but i think XFX and EVGA may be the best choices to choose.. thanks for your post, 64705

I have a contact in Denmark selling BFG's 8800GTX WaterCooled Editions for USD919 dono where ya live but that’s extremely cheap! At least in my eyes as the local stores here are trying to sell non-water-cooled editions well over that that price!
Pity the fools who decide to buy from them!

i read somewhere that all 8800 carss are made by one company and the rest buys it from them and put different extras with it. forgot which one but it wasn't Nvidea itself.
![]() [EDIT] my bad. ALL 8800 cards are made by Nvidea. there are no differences between them besides the sticker and boxes of the different brands.

well, they all want a piece of the pie. Some software are better for overclocking and others got better games in it. make your choice.

If all three graphics cards are truly homogeneous in terms of manufacturing, you should go with the cheapest. However, it would also be wise to think about the added value services each company offers (i.e. EVGA's 10 year warranty).
