Hell yeah, it sure does. The 7950 is a good overall card and certainly not a waste of money, you've done a good purchase with that. I must say I'm curious what the difference would have been had they used newer ati drivers for these tests. But the 1950xtx owns anyway

X1950 is the last good ATi PC card. I tell ya

$300 for a 7950GT, that's not a bad deal at all. I shopped around and
got my 2nd 7950GX2 for $400. As for and AGP card, I think the X1950,
7800 or 7900 GS are all good choices. Depending on your CPU all (3)
cards are borderlining the cpu bottleneck.
