05/01/2007 Intel and Futuremark released their own demo showcasing the power of Intel’s Quadcore CPUs and what multicore enabled game engines can achieve.
Dono how many have found it but if you’re anything like me and missed it then here:

* Choose "Demo-High" if the system has a quad core CPU
* Choose "Demo-Low" if the system has a dual core CPU
Key Map: "if needed"

My temporary rig with Intel’s D 805 (3.4Ghz) and N6800GT (452/1700mhz overclock)
ran this demo in pretty decent.... 1frames per seccond

Think ya can do any better? Show me! :P

Hey, I was getting 20-30fps in the "Low" demo. I tried the high settings and got 1-2fps :bucky!:.

Core 2 Duo 6300 @ 3.1ghz
ATI Radeon 1800xt
2x1gb GeIL 6400 RAM

I had this installed 2 minutes after it was released. Its really quite shit... but anyways here are my results:

Low mode FPS average is 29fps
High mode FPS average is 17-24fps (Very weird result that!)

Intel Core2Duo E6700 @ 3.4GHz (Oc'd on Big Typhoon 4in1)
4GB Corsair XMS2 Pro (OC'd to hell)
Nvidia 7800GTX Ultra Extreme (Also Oc'd to hell)

How did you get those result's GM? Is there a log file or something?
On low I was mostly around 25-30 but I did see a 41. On High I
was in the 1-5 range but I saw a 7. My E6300 is running @ 3.15 GHz :-)

Wow that's craptacular. I'm glad futuremark doesn't make games. In their benchmarking programs the scenes usually look pretty good, but there was absolutely nothing special looking about this.

Yeah, whilst its nice to have a dual-core intensive benchmark/tech demo, it really isn't anything special.
