NV9800 series . I can't see that coming out, this year anyway. Chips ready by Christmas and worldwide distribution for end-time users near Q4 next year. That's where my bet is

I say the next NV series will be this year just to screw with ATi/AMD. I guess it's an overkill of the 88 but with some new extras like the card it self is spining so you don't need a fan for cooling....damn, another great idea by KX fresh. i should patent it

You'll be able to run the game for sure. I do wonder if your 8600 will allow you to perform well in DX10 or that your framerate might be better in DX9. DX10 eats away at performance and perhaps the 8600 won't be powerful enough to play the game at an acceptable rate all the way.

Ah well, speculation only from this side. We'd have to wait for the first real benchmarks to see what will happen.

I have to say that on the configuration that i wrote below (on my computer), ghost recon advanced war fighter 2, lost planet (dx9 version) test drive unlimited, the mark and other great games are working perfect , at maximum graphics.... why shouldn't crysis work at maximum?? why?... at least i have a very good rig...
