I saw a Trimersion VR Game at E3-06 and it looked pretty cool but they weren't available yet. They recently went on sale at the website and I was able to get one and give it a try. "Wow! What a crazy way to play games". The add dosn't do it justice. But the Trimersion Babes are pretty hot. I tried a bunch of games with it. If you like FPS games check this out, the effect is intense.

Surprises me that one of the oldest gaming concepts is finally being used for consumers? :Oo:

Eye Cancer from personal displays is like people dying for not wearing a Bycicle helmets.
Everyone knows someone it happened to. But no-one can give you a name. This technology has advanced by leaps and bounds since the days of blasting a CRT into your eye. And by the way, That is the same way "Disney has been doing it for 30 years and I dont remember any cases of Eye Cancer From that.. And this technology is the same that is used by digital cammeras. Just a different application attached to a wireless game controller. I don't hear any photographers or commercial cammera men bitching about brain cancer. Get with the program. The technology has avanced to the point where a consumer can afford this technology and It won't give you brain cancer. It's kind of funny. People will spend money out the ass to buy technology to make the games play better. But not a dime on the technology that will enable them play the game better. ? I'm glad our military doesn't think like this or they would be throwing rocks. |
