So i have been playing alot of Warmonger lately with a buddy of mine and plan on getting UT3 for x-mas and i need to get a new video card because i have a rather old one. my buddy suggest i get a PhysX card from Ageia because that is what he is useing and says the games run alot faster and look much better. i was just wondering if any of you could give me some advice since i am not the greatest with hardware.

DO NOT BUY AN AGEIA PHYSX CARD, put it towards a nice 8800GT 512!
There, advice given! ![]()

What are the specifications of your computer anyway? Oh, I'll quote GM to make a point.

Only consider a physx card if you've already got a really nice system. A physx card gives you effects that are hard to get otherwise, but it doesn't work in a whole lot of games yet. The good thing is that they're affordable now, so it's not as ridiculous as it used to be.
