Xbox Wireless Headsets

Hello,
I was originally going to wait until the X4's came out before I bought a pair of the Turtle Beach Ear Force X3 Wireless Xbox headsets because I was hoping the price would drop just like it did for the X2's when the X3's came out. That was before I went to Sam's Club on Saturday. They have the X3's for only $79.00 so I figured why not, I'm sick of the crappy headset I have now and have heard great things about the X3's so I go them. Also because a buddy of mine told me the X4's are new from the ground up and will not be a replacement for the X's so for $79.00 (normally $99.99) I got a great set of wireless Xbox headphones and I don't have to wait.

Any comments on the X3's?
Did I make a good choice? 79.00 is cheap for them right?
