kneeling chairs and gaming

I am equipping a new LAN gaming arena and the interior designer is recommending the kneeling chair. I don't have access to one and was wondering if any persons here have used one before and is it practical for gaming? I need the chair to be comfortable for 3 hours of sitting.

i remember using one about 10 years ago at a friends house for pc gaming and it while it was not uncomfortable, I think you'll have a hard time getting gamers to accept such chairs. comments like "what is this shit? I won't using it" will probably be around. that said I didn't think it was more comfortable than a normal chair.

i was playing wow for about an hour on one of these chairs... it was ok. I think i remember reading somewhere that it's best to alternate between "normal" chairs and kneeling chairs

I don't want to sound like a complete douche, but you may want to take regular breaks if you're going to be sitting in the same position for an extended period of time. That'll improve your comfortability. That's my advice anyhow; its your prerogative if you take it or not.
