VGA cooler for Radeon HD 4850

My Radeon HD 4850 works ok with the standard cooler. That is, it is said to become 90C without real trouble, while mine hasn't got above 80C yet.
I have some questions though, namely:

1. What are, besides the lower temperatures, the advantages of an aftermarket VGA cooler?
2. How high are the chances of my card "whacking off", if you take my maximum temperature into account?
3. If I decided to use one, would it be easy enough to install? I am asking this because, as you know, killed a mobo this summer due to "noobdom".
4. What cooler do you recommend? Preferrably not above 40 euros.

Meh i'm mostly against VGA Coolers unless you are hardcore. So yeah you can easily just stick with the stock cooler. Not like you will kill it, and you don't want to kill your card if anything goes wrong!
