Default Unsuall 3D Artifacts

Hi!
I have this sistem: Temps:
Mobo: MSI P45 Neo3 Fr 27idle\33load
CPU: Intel E8400 3000Mhz 38idle\48load
Ram: Geil 2Gb DDR2 800Mhz
HDD: WD 160GB SATA 33idle\43load
Video: Leadtek Nvidia 9800GT (600\1500\1800) no overclock. 50idle\78load
Monitor: Samsung 2032BW.
PSU: Thermaltake 420W

Now about the card.I bought her 10 months ago.I played various games such as Oblivion, Gta4, Crysis, Bioshock.I never overclocked the card or other parts in my sistem.I usually clean it for dust, I check for errors, allways installed newest drivers etc.

Now, afther 10 months, suddenly I seen this strange artifacts in my textures.I'm not talking about normal 3D artifacts or overheating artifacts, I'm talking about clean cuts into textures or between poligons, clean cuts 1 pixel wide and very long, usually coloured in light blue or shiny white.
They are very annoying when playing a horror or dark textured game, I can see those pixels moving all over the place. They are distracting from action and gameplay.

To be clear, they are simple cuts into textures, 1 pixel wide and very long 1-2 meters as you can see in screenshots.
They don't appear in 3dmark06 Crysis or Race Driver Grid and Oblivion it's artifacting like 3dmark05 with those strage big artifacts in textures.
I posted an Youtube video:
What I've tried:
Reinstalling WindowsXp Sp2
Installing old and new drivers
Switching on and off settings in nvidia driver.
Reinstalling games and nothing, the artifacts are still there.

Please help if you can.
Thanks!

Try a different driver.

Do you also get the artifacts with driver 190.38?
GeForce/ION Driver Release 190

Else you should try the driver that you were using when it all still worked.

I normally wouldn't fret over this issue, however, if for some reason the most up to date drivers aren't working, you should give the Omega drivers a shot. OmegaDrivers.net - Home of the ATI & NVIDIA Omega Drivers. NVIDIA Windows XP/2000 I have used em before on the 8800gt and 8600m and seeing as how the chipset on the 9800gt is almost identical to the 8800, you shouldn't run into any problems. (just make sure to keep a copy of your original drivers in case they don't work.

These drivers are slightly older, but sometimes, newer isn't better

Now I openned the case and nothing's wrong.

I have to mention that just before those artifacts, in that day I cleaned my components for dust and I removed on of the 120mm fan cuz I wanned so then I got this artifacts.

Put the 120mm fan back or leave the side panel off as your pc is overheating
