The brand should definitely be Cooler Master, because of the bang for the buck.
For example:
Centurion 590 - Cooler Master
Or if one 80mm front case fan and one 120mm rear case fan are sufficient, you could consider the case I am having:
Cooler Master Centurion 5- Mid tower case Its front panel is perforated, so air can get in pretty well, even above the front fan (assuming you don't put in that much drives as there are bays). Furthermore, asuming you put your HDD in one of the "invisible" drive bays in the lower part of the case, the front fan will cool your HDD as well. The more expensive Centurion 590 will probably do that as well (1 of 3 front fans preinstalled).
Even though my Centurion 5 is as decent as hell, if you can affort it you should definitely go for the Centurion 580 (I mean that as a preference over the CM Centurion 5, does not mean it is the best choice).
