6800 Ultra... The GT is a great card, but the Ultra is faster.
Thr GT can be overclocked to ultra speeds , but you have to know what you are doing So saving in the short run could come back to bite you in the ass if you overclock your GT and *****it up If you can afford it and you want Nvidia then go for the Ultra  |

You are all wrong! The best NVIDIA card from the 6800 series would be a GeForce 6800 Ultra Extreme The only thing differs from the Ultra version is; Extreme having an improved fill rate, (Much more improved. by 1000 MTexels/s more then the ultra version)Means, more complexity in a scene thus giving a better performance. Regarding these days NVIDIA cards, here you go : PCI EXPRESS = GeForce 6200 PCI EXPRESS/AGPx8 = GeForce 6600 PCI EXPRESS/AGPx8 = GeForce 6600 GT AGPx8 = GeForce 6800 LE AGPx8 = GeForce 6800 AGPx8 = GeForce 6800 GT AGPx8 = GeForce 6800 Ultra AGPx8 = GeForce 6800 Ultra Extreme

if you want to buy a new GPU, and you don't want to give a lot of money, go for the 6800gt, its very fast, and i guess people dont need more, (you overclock it and it goes like wouhou!)
