Hey guys, thought I might as well do another one
This time is Vertical Vs Horizontal heat sinks or in other words: ----------------Thermaltake-------------- ![]() ![]() Vs ----------------Cooler Master-------------- ![]() Both of them Made from Copper. Comes with pre-taped thermal adhesive tape. (For easy install and secure the heat sink permanently) Can mount on various types of chips: Ram/V-Ram/motherboard chip sets and more. Comparison Chart Detail Specifications| Thermaltake----| Cooler Master --| Dimension-----------| 20x9x6 mm-----| 22 x 8 x 5 mm-| Weight---------------| 50g--------------| Unknown--------| Quantity-------------| 8 pieces per set-| 8 pieces per set| Thermal Adhesive---| 3M 9448B-------| Unknown--------| As you can see the similarity is very much the same with both heat sinks, however one of them (Thermaltake) is made Horizontally and the other one (Cooler Master) is made vertically. Which technique is best for the job ? The short stripes and small heat sink - Thermaltake OR The long stripes and bigger heat sink- Cooler Master You decide
