get 4 Seagate 250 and a 80(for windows, 20 would have been enough but there is no such tiny ones anymore) and get a decent RAID5 controller.

Well I got my disks yesterday so now I run my OS on a WD Raptor, 74 gb, 10 000 Rpm, S-ATA! Damn it boots fast!
