my current specs are amd64 3000+ 2.0ghz 512mb kingston value ram cl 3-3-3 MSI NEO k8t motherboard Geforcefx5200 256mb video card Sony CDROM drive 52x Cyberhome DVD R+CD-r+RW+CD/DVD ROM its all runing in a case i bought at a computer technician store for 80$ that has a 350 watt "intel pentium 4 ready" PSU will this be enough to power my new coming 9800? also the 9800 is OEM BAREBONE and most likely wont come with the power extension cable, can i connect it to one of the un used cables on my power supply? this is what it says on the manufacturer's product page 1. Remove the power cable from the hard drive. 2. Connect the 4-pin connector of the Power Extension Cable to the Radeon 9800 Pro power connector. 3. Connect the Power Extension Cable to the power supply connector. 4. Connect the Power Extension Cable to the Hard Drive connector.

The PSU will run all your stuff with no problems.
Also, the power connector from the 9800 pro is default, the same as the one from hdd's and rom drives. the only cable which comes with the retail package is a Y-connector for such a powercable so you sure will have enough free connectors. if you still have one free, then it's no problem at all.
