hye folx, yet another question from my dull-hardware-oblivious mind.
im getting a Corsair XMS 3200 XL PRO Low Latency Memory Kit. (2 times 512 MB) (if you do some research you'll know why too ;) ) it is designed for a dual channel enabled motherboard, to get maximum capacity. my question: i don't think i have dual channel. is it possible for the two pieces of RAM to work in Harmony anyway? will it still reach the memory bandwith of 1 Gigabyte? i thank you fyi in advance

Ehm, ofcourse the 2 sticks will work fine, just not in dualchannel. I mean, you answered your own question there...
What rig do you have, AMD or Intel?
