I have a tv tunner. As you know the tunner has two hardware parts(audio and video)
The second hardware(video) must have IRQ 5 set. But sometimes he dosn't set the IRQ. Windows :rant: says that error code 10 "the device cannot start" I don't know what to do anymore! Please help me.  |
