If speeds your thing I was gonna suggest saving another $40 and go for these babys 2x74 gig 10000rpm Western Digital raptors but on inspecting a couple of u.s sites i realised GEEZ HARD DRIVES COST MORE IN THE U.S.OF.a.
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc....-144-160&DEPA=1

So i figure ok you asked for the fastest drive for your money not the largest so go for the wdr74gigs little brother"as i have"2x36 gig 10000 western digital raptors.
but teahat the bed even these little fella's excede your price range?

To buy 2x36 gig wd raptors in the uk would be around the £130 translate that to u.s dollers and you'ed be laughing thats of course if it wasnt so extortionate for hard drives or at least raptors in the u.s.

Personally for speed id/did choose western digital but for whisper quietness id choose seagate barracuda.
Since your wanting the fastest for your $200 why not save an extra $18 and get 2 of the below hook em up in raid 0 and you wont live to regret it

just my humble opinion of course
