yeah i dunno either, cuz after installing omega based on 5.1 my computer just started going haywire! so i think there's something terribly wrong with the latest drivers.

Hey, a mate of mine had to format and needs to find some drivers for a radeon 9600XT, hes tried downloading them at ati.com but they arn't working for him. He does not have a disk, or the box but now that hes had to reformat he cannot install his card, anyone know of any sites or can give me any advice about what drivers he needs.

Well if neither catalyst nor any kind of omegas or simillar work for him something's wrong and it aint the card's fault

Its giving him a error message saying he cannot install the catalyst 5.1? drivers from ati.com, would it matter that hes downloading a later version of the driver than the original verison he had when it came with the pc?.
