There are two main-differences.
a ) The 90nm core consumes less power, therefore is quite a bit cooler than the 130nm core. This results in better overclocking options. b ) The 90nm core is most of the time 1-4% faster than the 130nm core with the same speed. This is because of the architecture which is improved.

awesome this is good news
one more question, my motherboard msi neo k8t has "dynamic overclocking" which i set to "general" which is a 10% overclock and it never goes over 45 Celcius after hours of playing counterstrike source while simultaneously using HAMMER editor to build levels for CSS my 9800 pro never goes over 50 C if it even reaches 50 C, or so says SPEEDFAN but when i go to bios to overclock my fsb which is at 200mhz it says set a value between 190 and 280, if i go above 220 i have to clear my CMOS jumper bc my computer wont start, any idea why? btw 350 watt PSU if the few extra MHZ makes a diference there.
