Powercolor is the leading ATi card company, they out-sold all other partners, my guess is, they got discounts which translate into cheaper prices for end-user (you)
you can read our reviews on www.HwHell.com , for instance, the X800 Pro from PowerColor is one of the best cards Andreas got to review. Also, Back in the days, i bought me a Chaintech Geforce Ti4200, even though it was the cheapest one with the suckiest cooling, it served me well for a long time, and it was all goodie, plus, i was happy. |

That way i could arrange a visit and watch over my card being made .....making sure there's No room for human error! |

I found this useful link on the pros and cons of most ATI and NVIDEA cards and manufacturer's
It does'nt seem to favourable to powercolor or connect 3d? Looks like the HIS Ice-Q is the one to go for as Kami stated  There's 4 cards in this link, notice the first being the £310 powercolor only this site is punting them for £352? Strange as its normally a very competitive site. Anyhow scroll to the 4th card to find the HIS Ice Q X800XT.P.E which is about the right price especially sinse i cant find another uk site that have them in stock. mmm she looks good dont she :francesco: |
