hey i have and MSI KM4M-V mobo and an amd 2600+ and the temps show 55 - 57 C idle, and and its showing up as a 2000+ can someone help me i'm confuzzled, also i cannot connect to internet cuz i lost my Telus cd. so if its a driver i'll just put it on floppy.

And switch the FSB at the BIOS. (press del at startup pc) In the moment, there should be enabled 133 Mhz, but your cpu should run with 166 FSB (if it's a Barton...) to reduce the high temperature, try to reduce the V-Core. (only try if you are sure, that you know what u are changing.) 1.65 Volt are normal for 2600+ Barton. My is running with 1.50 V!
