its not monthly, its 50 us dollars a year. Thats like the price of buying a game and its completely worth it. Xbox live alone is reason enough to get an xbox. my vote is xbox because the games that are coming out for it and have recently came out for it are completely awesome. Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, Jade Empire, Psychonauts, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Pariah, etc. Definitely get an xbox. If this doesn't convince you then ill try harder because I know for a fact xbox is better in general.

Don't think you can say some console is better than another. It's totally your own preference.
For me, the Gamecube fits me the best. I has exactly the games I want to play on a console (RE4, Zelda, ...). Xbox may be better hardware wise, but that doesn't matter because it doesn't has the games I want to play (plus most Xbox games come out for PC anyways). Considering this, such a poll is a joke, and deciding on a console with such a poll is ridiculous. I'd say, make your own mind up and look into each console.

xbox isnt there done i made up your mind for you  and i agree about the gamecube people knock that delightful little machine when it really is pretty good BILLY HATCHER AND THE GIANT EGG people ever heard of a better idea for a game No i think not

the only real good online game for ps2 is socom and even that is way beyond its age.i go for nintendo cause there more creative then any other console out there.you may say its isnt but anyone remember the rumble pack?
