First one is a very well done commercial against watching tv too much,
Second one is aimed at gun control and is extremely!! hardass and unfortunately makes a real good point, link. Don't watch at work and don't watch if you feel that guns are a good thing. Never thought that this would be a UK ad sponsored by the government, it does really make you think about gun crime and make you sick.

First one is very good. It is true that tv is "sexuallising" too much, while kiddos regard it as normal or even "cool" (just think of MTV, and its vids in which women are so often presented as sort of lust objects).
About the second one: the makers of the ad made a mistake, when it comes to bringing the message. The climax requires some processing of the mind, so the message after it will probably not "get through" properly. So the message behind the video will be overflowed by what you saw before.

the second vid is not about gun control its about gun crime and speaking out against it and reporting those who are in danger of commiting gun crime to the proper authorities.
