Hellbux are a sort of virtual money. You can earn it by posting and by winning in the casino. The casino has one diifference compared to the arcade. The arcade is a collection of Flash games, while in the casino you are betting with Hellbux (though the slot machines etc. there are also Flash games of course). "Wrath & sulliness" is the name of your circle, which is your ranking on the forums. The higher the ranking, the higher the circle number. Just imagine you getting deeper and deeper into "hell", that's why the titles contain all sorts of "sins". E.g. "heresy", "lust" and "Wrath & sulliness".
For example, I recently posted my 500th post, letting me enter a "deeper" circle (a higher ranking). That is, the 4th circle a.k.a. "Avarice & Prodigality". It is quite clear you have been away for while!
