It was dumb, unprovoked and I could give a million and one other adjectives that could be used to describe it... The French at the same time are only fighting for the purity of their language, which is understandable... I wonder how you guys would feel if English words would start getting replaced by French words all over USA....

sorry dennis but if you take a second look at english you will see it is the bastard tounge of the world and a complete jumble of other tounges including german spanish danish italian latin and french mostly german though as it is a germaic language and not latin based

so i don't realy think we yanks could realy give on hot sh*t about having other language's words incorperated into our own hell we call a limited item menu a tableu deu (piss poor spelling)

but tis just my humble opinion
