Canadian's... That is Culture. You can be called a racists by hating someone else's culture. It is used to define Hate Crimes. Racist's can hate peoples philosophy or way of life not just the color of thier skin.

What does Draft Dodger's have anything to do with canada? They were never in teh draft because they are a different country! Sure during WW2 american's left USA to canada to escape the draft, but they also left to Mexico and other countrie's not just Canada.
