Should SystemError Be banned?

Just decided to have this... Should he be removed either temp or perm?

Im not going to voice my opinion, at least not quite yet..
but some people have been talking about it.. so.. I decided why not make a topic for this.. and make it a poll. Sure the admins could completely ignore this..
but it does allow a place for people to voice why they think he should be kept, or why they don't want him here...

( I f**king hate typing... I really am bad at writing stuff out on computers sometimes... I prefer pen and paper for spelling and grammer... sorry about the typo in typing perm(yeh yeh.. thats why I used perm and temp in the post.. i can't spell for shit)

He's far to dumb to be tolerated, the only thing we might want to keep him, is to wait till he says something like

well, this doesnt mean anything, i dont particularly like him at all, but i dont really hate him either... a lot. and i don't think he deserves a ban. it's kind of like... killing a retarded puppy. not into that
