Good day,
Is it really so that Blizzard and CCP are discriminating europeans with their subscription prices for WoW and EVE-online, because € is not $ now is it? Shouldn't every player be allowed to pay in dollars or in the equal worth of money so the subscription prices become the same for all? This can hardly be a "mistake" from these companies. Since both of their games were released the Euro has always (as far as I've seen) been more worth, and today a Euro is worth more than 1.55$. Also, letting subscription fees getting carried away by currency fluctuations like this is just totally unfair towards the european subscribers since these companies don't seem to care about adjusting the fees accordingly for those subscribers either. I sure feel discriminated as an european. Am I totally wrong about all of this? /Hokke |

So you mean that in such a case, for example 40$ = 40€?
Well, I will never be willing to pay way more for exactly the same product. That is indeed "discrimination" IMHO.
