yeah the first 5-6 were food that i ate, and i know i saw steak that i ate 2 days before.
then it was like not so much puke each time for like 4-6 then it was alot of dry-heaving with little bits of food/junk from my stomach. then i had to poop, it was hard to poop in the toilet and puke in this bowl. then lots of dry-heaving with little bits of crap coming out each time. i stopped puking like 2 hours ago and i've been sipping 7UP since. i feel a bit better. thanks for reading, i felt like i was dying last night but now i just need to wait and eat very little portions and drink lightly.

Lol a bit discusting... Something like this happened to me in last october. I was in mathematics, and began to loose my srength and have variations in temperature perception. than i ran into the toilets and puked all day long. You're loosing you breath and your strengh, you think you want to die to stop it, but it simply wont stop. After ten litres of coca cola and a few paracetamol pils, i was back in action lol!

LOL yeah i feel fine now. i just need to eat some more cuz i need energy.
but here's something i thought i should pass on to save yourself from unnecessary puking: when you are at the moment of heaving, don't fight it. in fact, do your best to push as much crap out. because you're going to sit there and puke until your stomach is rid of whatever it is that it's rejecting. now i'm not saying i was fighting it, but i wasn't really trying to help get it out. sounds kinda weird, but something i'll try next time i get sick. man my abs are so sore! that must be how supermodels have such nice stomachs. my night of sickness is nothing compared to the workouts they get from daily vomiting.
