goths

Hmm...I'm not a goth...I tend to wear normal clothing...I'm not obsessed with black nor do I listen to weird music...(www.radioandrecords.com, alternative section...That's what I like the most)

I guess goths could be cool, though I've never really known any...But really, how do you become a "goth?"...Why would you become a goth?...What's the deal with that?...I'm not one to dislike people because they don't have the same tastes in things that I do, but I'm just curious I guess, since I've never really been around goths. Do they really do it only to stand out and get attention cause they were lacking that too much before being goths?...I dunno, I just can't see any real reason to be a goth instead of your normal self...What are some reasons to be a goth?...

I could tell a couple of 'nice' reasons based on experience with that ex that I was talking about, but due to the risk of offending some goth readers I won't


So meantime you can go ahead and GOOGAL urself on the subject, there's plenty of goth sites out there.

basicaly i like korn, soad, qotsa
and i like going to mosh pits also theres some very fine goth ladies :francesco:

but i also like going to hard house clubs, so i like everything as long as its fun :Q

Gamershell has the 100% goth friendly stamp of aproval from the pope ( dennis with 2 litres of vodka in his blood a robe and with a silly hat ) :alcoholic:

What does SOAD have to do with goth? They're political and so on, not darkly evil.

because to me it comes under the same area, as ive heard there songs being played at mosh pits, i know all songs that are played there arnt exactly the dark metal kinda music, but if you listene to some of there earlier music its fairly similiar to the other bands i said.

Also i dont like full on death metal where there screaming, so ive said bands which arent ott :Q
oh and btw cant u be political and a goth?

I wouldn't call Korn goth either, they're just weirdos (although that's why a lot of goths listen to them) but their music is really different from SOAD. The third band you named... got no clue who they are.

As for being political and goth at the same time... Not really, goths usually try to ESCAPE normal life as much as possible, instead of actually being involved in it.
