For Greywolf:

I work in a datacenter watching servers, mainframes and other stuff and waiting for something to break so we can get it fixed.

If nothing is busted (like now) it can be slow.

/me ponders taking a trip to the server floor with a hammer ;)

Nah, I don't actually fix anything. (well, ok. sometimes)

I just figure out who the right people are to fix the problem. Hardware or software, security, etc. and make sure that everything gets lined up to make any service outage as short as possible.
