Girls can play games

Just further proves my theory that women get good only in old old old games, after they've played them for a few years

I play CS, day of defeat, MOHAA... don't like wolfenstein or UT to much...
sometimes SOF2, spearhead, it depends a little.. didn't play for half a year though... got caught up with work... (which doesn't mean I'm old... )

I'm thinking of buying either Vietcong or Black Hawk Down... (If anyone could give me a reply on that one???)

Further... I did play Max Payne, Mafia, Hitman and stuff, but I always end up playing multi instead of single... (it really gets boring...)

MP demos for both of those games are available on this site. Try them out and decide for yourself ;)

I'd go with BHD!

I tried both MP games, and to be honest, wasn't terribly impressed with either one. BHD felt old when I tried it, and now we have been hearing about a LOT of problems with online cheaters, and Vietcong has issues with performance in MP.

Have you tried BF42?

I second NXs on this one, Black Hawk Down is, escpecially when it comes to mulitplayer, one hell of a game which didn't get nearly enough credits and hype imho. And the Singleplayer camp[aigns of BHD are very varied and fun to play too, Vietcong is a piss-game, whixh proibably wouldn't bring you any joy whatsoever.

personally i didn't think vietcong was too great, and when i playd the multiplayer demo of bhd all there was was a helicopter flying thru buildings and at times halfway in the ground, so i uninstalld that pretty rapidly :P

im pretty sure halo will have some excellent mp when it comes out :thumbup:

Well, that's not really the case here since "vets" in SS are people who've played it for at least 5-8 years...I've been playing it for around 6 myself. Most people who play this play it for years, not days or weeks like most other games.

It's funny to see people who've played some newer game for a month or two call others newbies...


I know what you mean in general though, but in this particular game, you won't be good in all zones even after one or two years...You'll still get your ass kicked by others even then. (in some zones)
