Why not add a little visual contact ?
![]() P90 ok its a little inaccurate but nothing can stand its awsome rate of fire in close to midrange combat. i dont know about you guys but i manage to have this in my buy menu as a terrorist and use the original CT weapon against CTs they get surprised when they see me firing at them with a P90. lotta fun

That weapon has been in development for several years as a possible replacement for the M16. It has an integrated laser range finder and grenade launcher that fires airbursting 20mm grenades. The laser can determine range-to-target, then the shooter can adjust the burst range by pushing those little buttons on the trigger guard. The idea is that you can program a grenade to fly THROUGH a window and airburst inside a room, for example. It's not a rip-off of anything. It's a concept weapon. The real offspring of the above weapon looks like it's going to be this one: ![]()

Weirdest looking real gun i have ever seen. it should be used in real world highly tactical situations i think. some of the in game weapon performances may misslead the player about their real world efficiency.the latter is a good example. hasnt been that good in SOF2

I think it's smart of game designers to down-play X wpns. If they listened to all of the hype, this thing would be so Uber that no one could survive in game without one. OTOH, the military has deployed small numbers of these things in Afghanistan and Iraq for trials, and they aren't ordering these rifles by the truckload, which tells me that there may be problems we aren't hearing about. For one thing, those frickin things look very heavy, not to mention combersome to use. The troops may very simply detest the things.
