Can someone please tell me how to import smileys into my posts. :bucky!:

I don't mean the ones on the side of the page either

I have loads of them from http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZNxu...xuk156&spu=true and would like to use them on my posts here. :thumbup:

Any help would be appeciated.

its alot of trouble, as you have to host each smiley on a site such as www.imageshack.us and then copy the img code into your post each time...
