Need some help

What can you suggest for taking some parts of a video? What program could do that? I need to know, and i need to get that program fast.

Capturing videos from games either FRAPS or GameCam google for it.

I though i shouldn't ask on this forum. Not in game. I have a video and i need to get some parts of it to make my own video. Understand or should explain again?

U can use Virtualdub for the purpose but it depends on the format of the video
For many formats virtualdub works ..

You mean capturing video with a video camera onto your pc?

Adobe Premiere is the (expensive) way to go.
