I want to burn a DVD but... Codec

The thing is I want to burn a DVD but you need the AC3 sound codec to watch the movie so I was wondering if I will hear the sounds once burned on the DVD or is there something that I need to do, like download the AC3 codec...

yeah you need the ac3 filter then if you want to burn it you need to extract the sound from the movie it kinda a long process.you can go to www.videohelp.com they have a bunch of guides on how to do it.hope that helps.

Thanks and also after I extract the sound will I have to Synchronize the sound with the video?
