Spam Poll

In my opinion, no forum needs something like Kindergarden!

Just close it. Serious questions and themes (nothing to do with games) can go to Not gaming related and the other themes aren't worth the MB, i have to download them.

Nah, you have to have fun as well as serious conversations. The Kindergarten needs to stay, but people must be told not to spam other threads that are not in that section :thumbup:

When starting a conversation with someone or starting a new thread, maybe it might be worth mentionning that spam is not wanted, hopefully most people will have enough intellegence and respect not to spam the arse out of it.

Maybe you need to imply a 3 strikes rule, get caught being out of order and you get warned, get 3 of these and you get suspeded from the forums for 1 week etc...

Kindergarten or not, i dont care, as long as i can turn it off. I always press "view new posts since last visit" and have to scroll through crappy things.

General rubbish that has no context to the thread topic is spam in my eyes

Although this is in my opinion already going on for quite some time, it just gets whorse and whorse
as result that i(and probebly some people with me)kinda stop visiting this site realy much(and i only show up sometimes in the Artist's Lounge, since that's about the only place wich doesn't seems to much effectet by spamm)

Kindergarten serves a purpose. It keeps spam out of forums it should'nt be(for the most part), it gives forumites a place to blow off steam(not gaming related is not supposed to be for stuff in Kindergarten), It is where people are sent to be punished(getting toddled, where the only forum you are allowed to post in is that one), and it gives kru something to do. Now, if it is really getting to be that bad of a pain, I can fix it, but there had better be a buttload of people that want it changed for me to do so.
