Not really a piss and moan

I am reading the news on Yahoo!. The second headline down is Lebonese want protection from Israel. The first is Hezbollah fires new kind of rocket into Israel. Seems to be that is bit of a contradiction and the Hezbollah are in Lebanon. Wouldnt it make more sense for Lebanon to either kick out Hezbollah or have them return the two Israeli soldiers they kidnapped. I am not a very political person and my opinions are just that so, dont get all hateful with me It just strikes me funny that they want protection yet rockets are launched from there damn near daily. Just my opinion. I did put this in piss and moans cause I know some ppl have very strong feelings about this sorta thing and I can imagine some ppl will get reallllly pissy

I'm with you, the whole thing makes no sense, it seems like the Lebanese should just return the hosties or kick out the terrorists.

I am forced to abstain from expressing my opion about this topic. I am a german, and if I´d express any critizism against Israel, I would be declared antisemite...It´s always the same, every inch of my homecountry is forced to support the shit that´s going down there, because any point of view contradicting Israel´s interests will automatically have the result I mentioned....Sad,but true...

Well I'm not German and I don't give a fukk if anyone calls me antisemitist or antiarab or anti-anything.

As much as I try not to have anti-Zionist and anti-Israeli thoughts, I'm sick and tired of Israeli state terrorism. What bugs me the most is the UN just standing by and letting Israeli do what they want... that because of the US vetoing the resolutions of the UN, thanks a lot USA! There has been a worldwide Jewish asskissing going on since the WWII and the US have always been right at the top of the brownnosers' table.

So Hitler's actions 60 years ago now give the Jews the right to perform genocide on whoever they chose? Time to fukking get over it. Chtulu, my guess is you weren't even born during WWII so whay the hell feel guilt? You see shit, you smell shit - you call it shit.

I find it increasingly difficult to be proud being born in a country that stood against Nazism and saved its Jews.

And if one day the Arabs get over the shame of the 6-Day War, and launch a coordinated assault on Israel, I'm gonna make myself a bowl of popcorn and enjoy it while watching on the news the Israeli cities burn.

not to forget that Hitler was 1/4 jewish...but even before the Third Reich era jews has always been hated. i wonder why

I´m totally with the Geywolf, nothing to add anymore...Except that the madness that´s going on down there has to be stopped fast....

The weirdest thing of all is that there is more criticism inside Israel than that there is criticism in the US against Israel. Opinions in Israel are much more nuanced. Bush would be considered pretty much as an extremist in Israel.

EDIT: Nxs and Fycus: Hezbollah and Lebanon are not exactly the same things.

Of course, I'd be very much surprised if half of the people in US even knew where Isrel is, or if they cared.

The fact that the country does shit, doesn't mean all the people in it are to blame... true in Israel, even more true in the USA where quite a lot of people just get drunk on crappy beer and don't give a shit about what's going on out of their back yard - example - the Monkey :P
