If you think that replacing a mediocre product that breaks down rapidly is your way of ensuring the market get´s quality products then go for it. Hell, after we allow the 360 to break down and then just replace it without bitching we can also allow our monitor to blackout, our refrigerator to stop cooling and our car doesn´t need proper brakes either. All that matters is that GM2 can play the games he saw on mtv during the sweet 16 break for a few weeks and quality is a thing of the past. Surely my beloved PS3 doesn´t have everything just yet, but since it´s been released over a year later then the 360 it´s not that bad. Ahead of the 360 actually if you look at the stats. As far as the high def movies go, you might want to check out what blu-ray movies are. They have the highest and sharpest resolutions. Everything below that might call itself high def, but isn´t. So in that way the PS3 already has the most highest definition movies. I read that Sony is allowing Porn on Blu ray now, that might be a bit too much though. Sometimes it´s better if things are not extremely highly detailed I actually hoped you would bring some real facts to the table GM, not this sour `Gazz picked at me, so I am just jelling at him with some nonsens` crap. Let´s hope you do better next time.EDIT, it might also simply be that Rockstar is pulling their game right now because this season is filled with AAA titles already. That would make sense.

A few things that are pissing me off lately:
1) The newest batch of Xbox 360 Premiums have an HDMI port. This should have been standard on Launch units when the Xbox 360 was first released back in the Fall of 2005. 2) People who win contests and don't have the decency to say thank you. I'm speaking specifically of the 2007 EVGA Scavenger Hunt. Over 170 winners and less than 10 have posted a thank you message on their forum. That's just plain rude if you ask me. |

1. You are still a PS3 fanboy, bitch!
![]() 2. I brought a graphics card on its DX9 performance and not DX10 games. My 7800GTX had some issues with Splinter Cell A and NFS:Carbon and I happened to have a bit of spare cash come my way. I could have just brought another 7800, but I wanted the best at the time. I really didn't think about DX10 at all. If Crysis runs on it I will consider it a bonus. I am just happy that I can play all my DX9 games at max details and with 24x AA and resolutions way above the HD standard. It was at least 2x as quick in all my games when I brought it and now it is still leading technology in comparison to the competition. It already surpasses the nasty gfx core of the PS3 in terms of shader power and throughput and should be able to play future games, particularly multi-platform releases with ease. It represents an excellent investment and should not be compared to a cheap plastic console.3. The PS3 isn't winning any wars. It is being outsold left, right and centre by the Wii. The 360 is still the leading console in terms of actual ownership and it will continue to be so until SONY reduce the price of the PS3. 4. Blu-ray is a storage medium. It does not make the PS3 console nect generation at all. Other than being slightly higher capacity, It can not offer any other technical advantages over HD-DVD and is still impaired by the same Digital Rights issues that plague the HD video formats. 5. I only post to wind you up! :trout:

Well fellas, I am going to bitch again. The Crysis demo has been delayed until Oct 26th! Could someone explain to me why aside from the excuse ' we need to tweak it more'? We all know that games have to be tweaked and fixed but, going from a demo release of the 25th, which would have been four days from now, it went to a month away!
Now, I can't see this being Cryteks fault as EA likes to have demos hit a month before hand and the Sept 25th thing was not doing it for them. Not to mention that is the day Halo 3 hits but still, you would think that Crysis could overtake Halo. Delaying it really gives a blessing to MS! Crysis was supposed to give Halo a run for its money but nooooo! Like most everything else, it has been delayed! Who the hell makes these decisions? Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that damn near every game or demo that was supposed to be released near Halo 3 has been delayed? Seriously, what the hell is the problem here? Halo is not the king! I am getting pissed off in a quick way due to this. Heaven forbid ppl chose what game they want to play on the 25th! It cannot be just me that thinks that release dates are messed with ![]()

Nvidia optimisations and multiplayer tweaks and bug-fixes are the more likley culprits.
