Well, here's a rant for y'all.

Why do *certain* sites have to steal unauthorized links (Raven Shield?) and post before the allowed time hence LEAKING them to the public while we have to WAIT for the time when we're allowed to post it? And furthermore, why do they have to go and bitch about it after they're told to remove the unathorized demo? Here, see what I mean for yourself right here.

Since I sorta started this in another forum, I thought I should just get the rest out.....Demos! Everyone loves them and looks forward to them. It is a great try b4 you buy sorta thing. Of course, I have some piss and moans about them I break them down in to 2 genaral catagories..#1. New games or ones that are extensions of others in a series(Rainbow Six, Swat, Unreal, etc...) #2 Expansion games. As for #1, you know that when developers pitch games to publishers, they go all out in describing in detail what the game is and what makes it good! That is what I want to see the demo do. Make the consumer want it! As for #2, pretty much the same thing except, since it is an expansion of an apparent popular game, for the love of God showcase what is new! I don't want to see the same demo with new grapics and a new gun. Show me why I should buy and expansion of the game! Well that's my 10 cents

Ya know, I'm not a religious freak here but it sems to me since the damn country was founded on God, the Ten Commandments should be allowed anywhere! http://news.yahoo.com/fc?tmpl....on_news How in the hell does a court have a right to take that away?? And while I'm on the subject, when I was in grade school, we recited teh Pledge of Allegance every day b4 class, and I'm not screwed up because of it! They teach history in school, history has to cover what our country was founded on, and included in that is God! If kids want to pray in school or bring Bibles, more power to them. The country is going to hell in a handbasket, it is about time some of our youth and elders for that matter, start believing in what our great country was founded on.

I'm going to step up to bat on this one Nxs. FYI, my wife is a teacher of SBH children (Severe Behaviour Handicap). Read that as either mentally ill, or unable to understand the consequences of their actions.

The sad truth is simply that we are teaching morality and religion in schools. It's called amoral behaviour, and agnocistisim (sp).

Kids are encouraged to believe that they can't do anything wrong. I know of schools where they won't allow playground pickup games because of the massive psychological damage that kids would suffer from being picked last!

When you teach someone that anything they do is ok, it simply follows that you are really teaching them that they can do whatever they want to do, and nobody can stop you.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at what we are teaching kids in schools and see the massive increase in teen problems. For example, we wrestle with the social problems of teen pregnancies, and as a result we teach them parenthood skills and "educate" them on how to have sex!

Our educational system is a trainwreck.

The ultimate irony is that the program my wife works for takes kids that the public schools can no longer handle because of violence, emotional outbursts, etc. and puts in the exact environment in a highly competitive environment where they are forced to deal directly with the results of their decisions.

That was my rant.

Morality and religion should be taught by parents! As dor the pick last games doing damage whoop dee do dah! There is always a last place,that doesnt mean you suck, more than not it measns you just are'nt that popular I know I was a dork in school but, that doenst mean I'm less of a man now. America is getting way too sensitive! Growing up sucks! There is no pyscological reason for that, it just blows. It's called growing pains. Life is one harsh mistress, and in my opinion the more you baby kids the more likely they wil end up on Jerry Springer! And in my opinion, the more ppl take God out of America, the more America wil contimuw to go downhill. Of course that's just my opinion I could be wrong

On a different piss'n'moan...is it just me or is cigarettes gettin a little freakin pricey? I am so tired of hearing about ppl suing tobacco companies after 30 years of smoking. It says on the freakin pack that they are nt good for you! Christ everyone knows they are bad for ya! It's those morons that want to get a quick buck by suing RJ that are driving up my cig prices! Will you ppl knock it the hell off! I love a smoke when I get up or after a meal, after sex, or when I'm drinking. Yes it is bad for you and no minors shouldnt smoke, hence the damn age thing. I swear if I die cause of smoking, I would'nt sue them, I'd thank them! Smoking has got me through some tough times! Itis like fat ppl eating, ya know you're going to get fat, but who gives a ####, ya get through! And I swear I am sooo sick of this no smoking crap. Ppl can eat like cows in restarauns but Heaven forbid if I light a smoke!

I pray at school and I can't bring my Bible it's already there!
