Could be worse, I doubt you could have this bad of prgramming there....
Tonight I am stuck with either....... Brady Bunch in the Whitehouse, what looks to be "A Muppet Christmas Carol", Whose line is it anyway, and wrath of khan with the freaky ear things

Crappy local TV commercials, you know the ones, the cheesy local car commercial or the dinky little furniture store.

One thing that annoys me is. LUSERS. Yes, you read it right - LUSERS. The tickets I get are sometimes unbelievable. This guy logged a ticket under the wrong category so it comes to me. Turns out he is trying to get support on an APPLICATION HE INVENTED. Interesting stuff.
Another one today, someone complaining a confidential contact was missing after an upgrade to an app. They named him Mr.XXXXXX so how am I supposed to track this and see if this guy is still there?

Unbelievable.

Anyway.

USERS ARE IMBOCILES.
