Well I thought it be time fro a little more p&m..What the hell is with this health kick everyone is on? I'm sick of going to the store only to find my favorite junk food is now healthier! Yukk! Give me the taste screw the health stuff. Orville Reddenbaucher used to have the best popcorn ever, it was the movie theatre butter one, holy crap was that stuff good, nowadays you cn't gt any good junk food, it's sickening. This is why we have a health food section, let the freaky health concious ppl eat that crap, I want grease, fat, calories, and the freakin taste!

I have been Warching Taken the past few nights, don't know if any of you have seen it, but it is really good. Well anyway my piss withthis show is when it goes to commercials, It says "we will return to Stephen Spielbergs Taken in a moment" and right after that it says 'Stephen Speilberg presents Taken is sponsered by..." Who give a crap! Do I want to her this guys name eveytime it goes to a 4 minute commercial? NO!

On another note, lately my smokes have been coming with a little packet on the back that reads Information For Smokers. It rambles on about just because its lights does not mean its a safe cigarette..there is no such thing as a safe smoke and it continues like that. I dont care! And everyone knows that there is no such thing as a safe cig! We all got the point from those retarded ass anti smoking ads. Ya know the ones where 2 morons go into a sig maker and try to say its poison or the one where they fly over the beach with banner planes and the one I really hate is the rat one someone shold have kicked that little asswipe!
Personnaly I'd love to see an ad that promotes the hell out of smokes!

Very annoying, people should just shut the hell up and those anti-smoke adds are all very disrespectfull and should be banned instead of the quite NORMAL smoking adds that ARE getting banned!!

I cant say much, I am on a semi-health kick myself. My ex got me into cutting out all carbsm especially sugars. I mainly eat high protein, which works well with keeping a decent workout schedule. I also take a centrum every morning, to get the day started with all those vitamins and minerals. Truthfully I feel alot better than when I was drinking a 2liter of coke a day. I now stick to diet softdrinks, mainly Diet Dr Pepper. Being single, image is everything, not going to get many women (ok, many of the women I want to date aka firm tight body) pigging out all the time and plumping up. Now for those married folks out there who dont have to worry about impressing the ladies, my hats off to you. its a dog eat dog world out there, and this dog wants to get laid by beautiful women.
As for smoking, I still smoke occasionally, mainly when I am drinking. Ever try to work out after having smoked all day? I usually stick to a few smokes in the evening, after dinner.

Sadly enough I have often dreamed of being scrawny.

I am 6'3" (191cm/19.1m) and stuck at about 225-235 lbs (102 - 106.5 kg). it was nice I guess when I was playing football, but as I have grown older and left organised sports behind,I have found that the pounds arent as easy to keep off and all these skinny georgeous women like the scrawny guys.

yes I know metric conversions, one of my good friends is from Australia and so she always used metric weights and height. I eventually got tired of feeling like a dumb american and learned the conversion. Not that tough, 1lb is equal to roughly 0.5kg. 1 inch is roughly 2.55 cm.

It's true tho about the smokes, I'm sick and tired of:

- Canadian govt. BANNING all American smokes except for Camel and Winston under some weird pretences that they've got higher amount of nicotine that the Canadian ones, which I actually think is their way to support Canadian cigarette industry in order to get more taxes. Bastards!
- Seeing all that crap about "every year an equivalent of a small city dies from cancer in Canada" printed on hte fucken cigarette boxes. Like I give a crap? I smoke them, so I know how it ends sometimes, but why in the world do I need to know about dead people? Bastards x 2 !
