In Explorer, go under Tools --> Internet Options --> Delete Files. That should clear it up

I'm not worried about clearing it up. I never go to the home page, I always go straight to the message boards. I wanna know what the download is, I think it's a virus.

You have some junk in your cache that is left over from an advertiser sending some really broken code as an ad. Not a big deal, if you clear your cache, you will never see it again.
