My parents didn't want me to get addicted to video games when i was a young boy, so i've only had a GameBoy, with tetris, super mario, marios bros 2 and warioland...tese were funny games!!! and i'd give a lot to play these one more time...still i don't know if the gameboy is an 8 bit console.... :bucky!:

    MacBook Pro 15.4" glossy 1440 x 900 / Core 2 Duo 2.33ghz (T7600) / 2Go DDR2 667 / ATI mobility X1600 256Mb. / Hitachi S-ATA 160Go HD / Built-in iSight camera / Mac OS X Tiger

    I don't think that:
"Time is a predator, that seeks us all our life..."
    But that :
"time is a companion, who takes part of our great trip through life..."

Favourite 8-bit has to be an old isometric racing game called 'Run the Gauntlet'. Anyone remember it?
Favourite 16-bit game has to be Streets of Rage 2 aka Bare Knuckle 2 on the Megadrive/Genesis.

Golden axe and alex kid in miracleland for the sega 8 bit.

I did own a 16 bit system but never had any good thoughts about that. Only had a few games for it anyway....

Edit: I now remember why, that was when the first Doom came out and I was making my own maps with a program called Waded.

ok guys i will do you one better. the old PONG game now for the Mattel attempt at a console Intellivision. Lock&Chase, Astrosmash, and Triple Action were a few of the non crossover games it had. The Atari 2600 had some good games as well (I still have a working console and controllers.).Pit Fall, Asteroids, Space Invaders, Target Fun, Circus Circus ad many more. The Atari 7800 could play the 2600 games and had a few new ones as well. F/A 18 Hornet was the first air sim i ever played. Pole PositionII and more that I cant recall.
I spent so many hours trying to out do my brothers that my grades took a dive and i was barred from gaming by the time Nintendo came around.
