Far Cry mouse problem

Hey guys, i'm here cuz i have a probleme with far cry 1.4...i just installed the game and the patch full install, and i launch the game, with full visual and audio settings, and i come in game, very smooth, but, my mouse doesn't work.....i've tried enabling the mouse smoothing, and evcery lil changes that might have made my mouse crash, but no, nothing changes at all. The mouse works fine in the menu, but the moment it's in-game, i t simply won't work....do you guys have an idea? i have a logitech Mx-1000 and every other game work fine...
Still, i haven't installed the drivers for the mouse, as they make the "go one page further" or "go one page back" not to function correctly in mozilla

Maybe the mouse isnt assigned in your keys config, try looking at that ;)

Well, the easiest solution would be to install the drivers, but having incorrect buttonss in your browser sucks so there's a dillema. Logitech did update their drivers a few dsays ago, perhaps it's the new ones causing the problems and if you had downed the drivers before that you might wanna install the latest version.

Anyway, have you had this problem with the 1.3 patch? I personally haven't installed the 1.4 patch for mine, but might do so tonight just out of curiosity. Will keep you updated if my MX 550 causes problems too. :thumbup:

hey thanks guys for the replies, but i've found the source of the misfunction!! the 1.4 patch enables the use for joypad, and sets its use as default, so i just had to clik on "reset default" and it works fine! hey gazz, if you have the same probleme, just read this!! thanks guys! :thumbup: :thumbup:
