Here are a few pictures of my new OCZ Agility 120GB SSD (I'm waiting on Windows 7 before I install it).

To give you a perspective of it's size I've laid a box of Cig's next to it.



In order to mount this drive I had to order a 2.5" to 3.5" bracket.

As you can see I've painted the brackets Black and I drilled a couple of holes to mount a fan.



And here we can see the fan mounted.

yeah, my new PC will have a SSD for booting while the rest is still gonna be oldschool HDD RAID. SSD works great for OS and some prgs but as for games i noticed that they don't do much and hardly get even close to an oldschool Raid 5 or 6

I've got 2 Seagate Barracuda 250GB drives I'll be running in Raid0 for Data. I live on the edge
I do back-up my important files to dvd every few weeks so if my Raid drive fails I've still got my porn collection

HAHAHA! I never back up... nothing that important... except my photos! I dont see the point in SSD drives yet, to small for my liking! I go for space rather than speed, for 2 reasons: I cant afford SSD and because I dont play games a lot anymore, more watching movies and series... But how hot does the SSDrive get if u need the fan, or is that just for the fun of it!

I'm really not sure how hot a SSD will get. But I figured this PC already has 21 fans in it, 1 more can't hurt

SSD is cooler than regular HDD.

Slaymate, I estimate it on 20 degrees Celsius at max. In case of your good cooling a HDD cooler is not needed for your SSDs.

21 fans will make quite a noise I assume, BTW.

Most of the fans are really quiet. I can't hear them over the TV or the window AC unit
