Rutgers basketball player sues Imus and CBS Radio, alleging defamation of character. LOL!! Are ya shitting me? This has gotta be one of the dumbest lawsuits ever! Defamation of character my ass! Granted, calling them 'nappy headed hoes' was certainly not the best statement in the world but, seriously, suing?

I have been called a lot of names in my 33 years on this earth but, not one time have I ever thought of suing! America is supposed to be the land of the free for the most part. Getting called a name is part of living here and enjoying the freedom. Stupid shit like this is the reason no one can take a joke or criticism anymore. Heaven forbid someone call a black person colored or nappy headed, or a white person sing a rap song that has the N word in there but, it perfectly fine for them to say it! If they don't want the damn words used, stop saying them!

This lady is out of her damn mind! I hope CBS and Imus don't settle just cause she is black! Womens basketball sucks anyway so who really gives a crap!? Tis not like anyone knows who the hell she is!

Ya 'defamation of character' is kind of stretching it. I don't know many people that came away from the Imus incident hating or thinking any differently of the Rutgers women basketball team.
